1.  Prepare the surface by removing all the dust, moisture, loose paint etc.

2.  Apply rubber adhesive or contact cement on the back of the panel and on the wall (where you are going to attach it) .

3.  Let the adhesive be dry till it become tacky and attach the piece to the wall.
